Sadly but here in France the police could care less if anything has been stolen, broken into, robbed.... I had my bank account completly wipped out and in order for the bank to proceed I needed to go to the police and log a complaint and have it written up as the bank needed police documents in order to proceed. I was refused help as my French was not good enough for them and the police officer didnt want to waste time with google translation. I had to go back 2 times and thank fully the head police officer was there and heard my stroy and forced the police officer on duty to take my statement and write my report so I could move forard with this theft. Needless to say the officer was pissed he was forced to help me. Isnt that their job???

i got robbed twice on same day in Paris few years ago. Paris has all these criminals from all over the world just waiting for next victim. I never returned to Paris .

They destroyed your home because they were pissed at your security system imo

So sorry this happened to you I am in Los Angeles & we can’t get our mail anymore. Our mailbox was broken into 5 times so we decided not to fix the mailbox again and just get a P.O. Box.

Hopefully tamara kalinik watch this to learn from this. Thinking she’s ‘safe’ dividing goods into two or more places to store. . When you shop too much you become a target. Shipping companies see who orders what with all the addresses. I will never ship home again. DHL steals too, seen some evidence on that yet they don’t take any accountability. Everyone just wants to steal these days!! Because they don’t go to prison if caught ..

They came back because they knew someone in the house/neighborhood who gave them information about people present and valuable items. I am deeply sorry for what happened to you.

What's also weird, is the fact that your apartment was in such a central building and no concierge? Each time I hear about celebrities getting robbed, with all the possible security systems installed and in they homes and the BGs, I always have that same thought... the nerds and the hackers....😮

Sadly Paris and the rest of France got worse in the last past years. It’s not anymore the city of love and you really can’t feel safe anymore especially if you’re a woman. I’m glad you were not there at that moment and I hope that after this tragedy you will be able to find peace and security.
